Workflow Island fully integrates with the PeopleSoft security model or whatever corporate security is in place. This integration
is essential because there are always problems maintaining a separate security system (erroneous, redundant, and out-of-date
information).
We can also help with the setup of dynamic roles and profiles so that pre-existing system information can drive the roles and
profiles that people are part of, eliminating manual updates. Some of the problems that go with manual maintenance of security info are:
- invalid email addresses
- stale data (employees retired, on leave, terminated, etc)
